Q1: How to download and connect the APP?
A1: Scan the QR code on the manual/watch to download the “FitCloudPro” app directly. After the download is complete, open the mobile app and blue to connect to the F12 watch model.
Q2: Why is the connection unstable or disconnected?
A2:1. When the user exits the “FitCloudPro” app, the connection will be disconnected. Therefore, when using the watch, you need to allow the app to run in the background in the phone settings.
2. The maximum distance of device compatible with Bluetooth is 10 meters, or when blocked by major obstacles in the middle, the Bluetooth connection will be interrupted.
3. If it is still resolved: please uninstall the FitCloudPro app, and delete the watch’s Wireless serial number in device compatible with Bluetooth”s Wireless module. Reinstall the app and reconnect.
