Why I can’t turn on the new Gamepad?
Please recharge the Gamepad before you use it at the first time or use it again after a long period. When the gamepad is charged, LED 4 flashes slowly and LED 4 will be keeps on if fully charged.
Why controller doesn’t work after connection.
The controller has 4 startup modes. Please check if the correct boot mode is selected. (Please select V3 mode for Android)

Why won’t my Android phone work with this controller?
Please check if your Android device is a MediaTek chip. This controller does not support MediaTek/MTK Chip (Helio & Dimensity)
I can’t reconnect my phone with gamepad again even the Bluetooth shows has connected.
Remove or delete the Bluetooth connection on your phone and reconnect it again.
