What if I can’t pair my watch with the app?
First check if your phone version is supported. IOWODO Smartwatch is compatible with IOS 9.0 or above and Android 6.0 or above. Smartwatch cannot be connected to two mobile phones at the same time. If other mobile phones have Bluetooth records connected. Please clear the connection record of the old phone first to avoid connecting to Bluetooth first.Please uninstall and reinstall the “GloryFit” app and remove the Bluetooth connection record “R3 PRO” from the Bluetooth pairing list set by the phone.Restart the phone and smartwatch (open the watch >>> slide down the screen >>> click “Settings” icon >>> “Restart”. Then open “GloryFit” and try to connect to Bluetooth again.
